New Products!! Primitive Wood Sconces and Twig Wreaths!!

We just love to add new products to our store! Many times our new products come from suggestions from you, our customers. We would like to thank Crystal from Massachusetts for asking about wood sconces and Becky from Illinois for needing lighted twig wreaths! We believe these items are a great addition to our primitive country store and will help you make your home even more warm and cozy.

The black wood sconces are 18" tall and the burgundy double sconces are 9" tall. Both come with your choice of gold or burgundy silicone tipped battery operated candles. The candles have been dipped in beezwax and rolled in cinnamon dust for a great primitive look and smell!

This 16" lighted twig wreath comes with burgundy pip berries and rusty stars! They are also available in 24" size.

Keep Hearthside Collection in mind whenever you want to add new primitive products to your home decor.

Featured Business!

Just thought I would share a link to an article about Hearthside Collection. I have been advertising with Country Road Crafts Mall for about 2 years. They bring a good amount of traffic to my site. Kristie, the new owner, just recently purchased this mall, revamped it a bit and asked me to be the featured website business for February. I thought she did a very nice job with my product photos and the article.

I'd like to invite you to visit her mall and check out the page about my online primitive country store. You can read her article about Hearthside Collection here.

I am often asked, "How did you decide on a business name" or "What does Hearthside Collection mean?" I put a lot of thought in to my business name. I have only been online for about 2 years, but I chose the name for my business about 18 years ago. I was doing a lot of craft shows back then and even had one room our our house open as a store a few days a week.

My grandparents and my parents always had a fireplace, and I have many memories of cozy times by the family fireplace. This is a picture from 1966. It is me and my uncle Mike sitting on the hearth of my grandparents fireplace. The word “Hearthside” reminds me of the warmth of those times. My Hearthside Collection really is a reflection of the treasure of my family—
a heritage painted with extended family, helping hands of neighbors in our rural and small town setting, of hard work and modest means, tied together with faith. When you browse my site, I hope you sense a bit of that, and I want my products to extend some of that warmth to your home.
